(Whitley, Coventry – 9 September 2016). Jaguar Land Rover today announces two additions to its UK PR team, with Conrad Allum appointed as Jaguar UK Senior Press Officer and Thomas O’Connell as Jaguar UK Press Officer.
Conrad moves across from the Corporate Affairs team after completing two years on the first Jaguar Land Rover PR graduate scheme. During the scheme he gained extensive experience, undertaking placements across the Global PR function.
Thomas joins the business having been named the Chartered Institute of Public Relations' Midlands Student of the Year in 2015. He brings with him several years of experience in the luxury lifestyle and consumer sectors.
The two new additions will lead Jaguar PR activity in the UK, reporting to Ken McConomy, Head of UK PR, until the Jaguar UK PR Manager position has been appointed.
Ken McConomy continues in his role as Head of Public Relations for Jaguar Land Rover UK, leading all media relations and communications on product and brand matters for the business in the company's home market.
Kim Palmer, Land Rover PR Manager, continues to lead the Land Rover UK PR team alongside Tracey Tompsett and Rebecca Wright.
Sarah Pelling and Lindsey Dipple continue their dual brand PR activities in the UK leading events and press fleet respectively.
These appointments are effective immediately.
