- McPherson joins Jaguar Land Rover Board of Management on 1 July
- Succeeds Wolfgang Stadler who is retiring from the business
- Will oversee manufacturing growth and efficiency strategy
Jaguar Land Rover announces today that Grant McPherson is to join the Board of Management as Executive Director, Manufacturing.
McPherson, currently Director of Quality and Automotive Safety, will take on his new position on 1 July and will report directly to Jaguar Land Rover CEO Prof Dr Ralf Speth. He will be responsible for more than 20,000 people working across the company’s UK and global manufacturing operations and logistics teams. McPherson replaces Wolfgang Stadler, who has announced his intention to retire at the end of June, having joining the business from BMW in 2013.

McPherson joined Jaguar Land Rover in 2011 as Operations Director, Castle Bromwich, and has been in his current role since 2013. Prior to joining, he held a number of positions at Honda.
