Grant McPherson was appointed Director of Quality and Automotive Safety, in October 2013. He reports directly to Jaguar Land Rover Chief Executive Officer, Dr Ralf Speth.
McPherson, previously Operations Director for Castle Bromwich, will be responsible for leading significant improvement in quality and in all aspects of our vehicles. Grant joined Jaguar Land Rover in May 2011 bringing with him a wealth of manufacturing experience gathered in the UK manufacturing industry.
Prior to this Grant held a number of positions at Honda UK manufacturing, working his way up from General Manager in 1993 to Quality & New Model Director in 1999.
Grant is married with two children and enjoys yachts, food and cooking.
