Jaguar is excited to launch its #KeepPushing campaign to support Team Sky’s quest for a third successive Tour de France title

Jaguar is excited to launch its #KeepPushing campaign to support Team Sky's quest for a third successive Tour de France title.

Ahead of this weekend's Grand Départ, Team Sky rider, Chris Froome, achieved a unique 'World First' on a bike, which was organised by Jaguar in partnership with Team Sky. Jaguar has released a short 'teaser' film of this unique stunt prior to the world's toughest professional road race beginning on the streets of Yorkshire on Saturday.

As an Official Supplier to Team Sky since its inception in 2010, Jaguar has been proud to support the team's back‑to‑back victorious campaigns in 2012 and 2013, where the British engineering leaders have supplied Team Sky with a fleet of all‑new high performance Jaguar XF Sportbrakes on the road.

2014 marks the fourth year of this highly successful partnership, which is based on shared values of performance, innovation and technology. This year, Jaguar has further deepened their association with the team, announcing a new two‑year agreement as an 'Innovation Partner', through the integration of design and engineering resources to further enhance the team's performances.

Team Sky have already been reaping the results of this increased association. June's launch of the new Pinarello Dogma F8, where Jaguar's Aerodynamics and CFD teams assisted Pinarello and Team Sky in optimising the aerodynamic performance of the new bike by 26.1% (complete bike) than the outgoing Dogma 65.1 and 6.4% more aerodynamic including a rider. The frame set alone is 40% more aerodynamically efficient.

Mark Cameron, Global Brand Experience Director at Jaguar Land Rover commented: "Jaguar's partnership with Team Sky has been enormously well received by our customers, many of whom share a real passion for cycling. We are extremely excited about supporting Team Sky's push for a third consecutive yellow jersey, and I would like to wish Team Sky and Chris Froome, the very best of luck in winning a third consecutive Tour de France."
