Mahwah, N.J., Aug. 12, 2024: JLR embraces the excitement of Monterey Car Week with a program celebrating the cultural heritage and modernity of our iconic British brands. Highlights of this unforgettable week include a curation of historically significant Vehicle of HM Queen Elizabeth II and Jaguar D‑Type models displayed at Pebble Beach Concours d’ Elegance® for aficionados to enjoy. A new Range Rover House will be at the center of it all, providing luxury hospitality and experiences to VIP guests and loyal clients. Finally, two worldwide debuts of new Range Rover Editions, will be among the most desirable vehicles on the Peninsula.
Monterey Car Week will be one of the finest moments in JLR history, as we will be sharing our rich automotive and cultural heritage as well as our latest most exclusive models with enthusiasts from across the globe. THE VEHICLES OF HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II
In a unique moment of celebration on Aug. 18, a specialized collection of ten Defender and Range Rover models used by HM Queen Elizabeth II will create a once in a lifetime display as part of the annual Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance®.
The display will showcase vehicles that have been used by the Royal family, either in an official capacity or as part of the household fleet. The vehicles on display will include those from the Royal Household private collection, Land Rover Classic, The British Motor Museum and private collections.
Ten historic models will attend the event, including two of the earliest Royal vehicles: the first Land Rover Series I State Review vehicle and a Land Rover Series I owned by the Royal family. A modern twist on the traditional British garden party will take place at an exclusive hospitality area adjacent to the vehicle display on the 18th fairway.

Range Rover House offers truly unique experiences, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the essence of modern luxury. This premier destination provides exceptional hospitality, wellness activities, vehicle debuts, and entertainment showcasing the pinnacle of Range Rover lifestyle.
This year, an all‑new Range Rover House located within the Pebble Beach® community will define the vision of Range Rover Modern Luxury. A curated list of activities which will be the talk of Monterey Car Week. Invited guests will experience the following exclusive programming:
Range Rover Sport SV EDITION TWO: The high‑performance Range Rover Sport SV EDITION TWO makes its global debut at Range Rover House. Range Rover Specialists will provide an individualized product walk around and vehicle customization journey.
Range Rover SV Carmel Edition: Range Rover House would not be complete without an exclusive model offered first to guests. The Range Rover SV Carmel Edition has been thoughtfully crafted by Range Rover's SV Bespoke design team. Making its debut on Thursday, Aug. 15, it has been inspired by the hues of the lush green landscape and ocean cliffs along the breathtaking roads around Carmel. Limited to just 17 units, this unique edition showcases the pinnacle of SV Bespoke design curations.
CELEBRATE THE VEHICLES OF HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II: JLR is set to make history at Monterey Car Week 2024 with a display featuring ten Royal vehicles at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance®. A special preview event will be held at Range Rover House on Friday, Aug. 16, with a selection of these historic vehicles. This marks the first time these remarkable vehicles will be displayed in the United States.
A GARDEN PARTY, RANGE ROVER STYLE: Guests will experience an exclusive British‑themed celebration on Friday, Aug. 16 at Range Rover House. Hospitality will be curated by famed British Michelin Star chef, Daniel Clifford, featuring an afternoon tea service and personal tea blending. Classic British style will add to the atmosphere including; a Milliner who will design custom headwear for guests to wear; a curated display of iconic Launer handbags carried by HM Queen Elizabeth II; and an exhibition of historic watches presented by Hodinkee.
DESIGN SKETCH MASTER CLASS: A member of the Range Rover design team will be leading master class sessions in automotive design. Guests will be inspired by the Range Rover minimalist design philosophy, as they create their own vehicle sketches.
70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LEGENDARY JAGUAR D‑TYPE: Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance® will celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the D‑Type with a special display placed on the 17th fairway. Jaguar Classic is proud to exhibit the 1954 Jaguar D‑Type Prototype as part of this collection. This legendary Jaguar vehicle showcases the rich racing heritage of the brand. Producing 250 BHP and capable of reaching speeds of over 170 mph, this model is a testament to the technological advancement of Jaguar design and engineering.
