(MISSISSAUGA, ON) – June 1, 2018 – Jaguar Land Rover Canada today reported May 2018 sales results. Jaguar Land Rover sold 1,200 units, the best May total ever, surpassing the previous record set in 2017 by 16 per cent. “Another great month for the Land Rover brand particularly Range Rover and Range Rover Sport which were up year-over-year 13 and 29 per cent respectively,” said Santino Pirillo, Vice-President, Sales, Jaguar Land Rover Canada, ULC, “For the Jaguar brand, the PACE family leads the way with FPACE again leading in units sold and E-PACE continuing to surpass expectations. We are looking forward to the electric I-PACE joining the line up later this year.”

Land Rover
This was the best May ever for Land Rover. Retail sales totalled 847 units. This total was an improvement of 189 units, a 29 per cent YOY increase. Range Rover Sport led the way with 294 units sold, a 22 per cent increase. The Range Rover also performed well selling 116 units, up 16 per cent YOY. In 2018 the Land Rover line-up features six models: The Discovery full size SUV, the Discovery Sport luxury compact SUV, the Range Rover Evoque luxury compact SUV, the Range Rover luxury SUV and Range Rover Sport luxury SUV and the all-new Range Rover Velar luxury SUV.
Jaguar
For the month, Jaguar reported 353 units sold and its second best May. The Jaguar F-PACE had a solid month with 181 units sold and the new Jaguar EPACE SUV sold 73 units. 2 The 2018 model year Jaguar line-up includes six models: The Jaguar F-PACE compact luxury SUV, the Jaguar XE compact luxury sedan, the Jaguar XJ luxury sedan, the Jaguar XF sports sedan, the high performance Jaguar F-TYPE which is available as both a coupe and a convertible and the all-new Jaguar E-PACE compact SUV
