(MAHWAH, N.J.) ‑ March 18, 2013 ‑According to the J.D. Power and Associates 2013 Customer Service Index (CSI) Study, Jaguar ranks third place industry wide in satisfaction with dealer service among luxury brands and Land Rover posts the largest improvement among all luxury brands.
Jaguar's seven point improvement resulted in the brand maintaining its third rank position out of the highest‑performing nameplates in the luxury segment, receiving the highest score in the Service Advisor factor. Land Rover posts the largest improvement (29 points) among all luxury brands ‑ achieving the greatest year‑over‑year improvement, ranking the brand in eleventh place.

The J.D. Power and Associates CSI study examines satisfaction among vehicle owners who visit a service department for maintenance or repair work. The CSI rankings are based on dealer service performance during the first three years of new‑vehicle ownership, which typically represents the majority of the vehicle warranty period focusing on five measures; service quality; service initiation; service advisor; service facility; and vehicle pick‑up.
