10 August 2017

Jaguar Land Rover Statement in response to announcement that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Transportation have opened a public comment period on the reconsideration of the January 2017 Final Determination for greenhouse gas emissions standards for cars and light trucks for future model years.

(MAHWAH, N.J.) - August 11, 2017 - Jaguar Land Rover welcomes the opening of a comment period on the future fuel economy/greenhouse gas standards, as another step forward in the midterm review. We look forward to providing input from the point of view of a smaller volume global manufacturer. This review is critical to our company and our customers as we continue on the path to improved efficiency with the introduction of the latest technologies, including our first battery electric vehicle, the Jaguar I-PACE, in 2018.
